We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in the very well kept gardens was absolutely beautiful. The service here was top-notch, with car hire and bell staff/porter readily available. The housekeeping was excellent and the hotel also had shops/commercial services, laundry facilities, and an airport shuttle. Our room amenities were great, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony to enjoy the views. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and we appreciated having an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV in our room. The dining options were fantastic, with a delicious buffet breakfast and a poolside snack bar where staff made specialty drinks upon request. the staff at this hotel deserve congratulations for their efforts.
We highly recommend this hotel to others, as this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

The cleanliness was perfect - not just in the rooms, but throughout the entire hotel. The staff took great pride in maintaining a super clean environment, even washing the sun loungers and walls. The hotel facilities were great, with a warm swimming pool that provided hours of relaxation. The staff at the restaurant and bar were really good, providing fantastic service and suggesting delicious cocktails. The breakfast was delicious and there was a designated smoking area, a great and thoughtful touch.

The pool area and adults area was good. The food was good, always something to eat. The bar staff were amazing. The kids pool and playground were perfect. The location is great with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The hotel is clean, with daily room service. The staff provided excellent service, especially Jose Luis.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
